Terms of Service

By accessing the Axelius OAuth authentication service ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply solely to the Roblox OAuth authentication flow used to grant access to Axelius test game environments.

The Service provides a Roblox OAuth 2.0 authentication flow that verifies your identity and Roblox group membership. Upon successful verification, eligible users are redirected to Axelius test game environments hosted on the Roblox platform. Access is restricted to authorised members of the Axelius Roblox group who hold a qualifying rank.

To use the Service you must:

• › Have a valid Roblox account in good standing
• › Be a member of the Axelius Roblox group with a qualifying rank
• › Comply with Roblox's Terms of Use at all times

Axelius reserves the right to revoke access at any time, for any reason, without notice.

By accessing test environments through this Service, you agree to:

• › Use access solely for development, testing, and feedback purposes as directed by Axelius
• › Not share, distribute, or publicly disclose content from test environments without explicit written permission from Axelius
• › Not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse any systems or assets encountered in test environments
• › Report bugs, issues, or vulnerabilities responsibly to the Axelius team

All game content, assets, code, designs, and materials within Axelius test environments are the intellectual property of Axelius. Access to test environments does not grant you any ownership or licence to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Axelius content.

The Service and test environments are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Test environments are works-in-progress and may be unstable, incomplete, or subject to change at any time. Axelius makes no guarantees regarding uptime, functionality, or continued access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axelius shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any test environments accessed through it.

Axelius reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
